This implies although a person has a robust need to carry out sexual act with a cooperative companion, he cannot carry out sexual act due to looseness (absence of erection) of his phallus (penis). Even when he performs sexual act together with his decided efforts he doesn’t get erection and will get with tiredness, perspiration and frustration to carry out intercourse.

Physiology of erection

The 2 chambers of penis (corpora cavernosa,) which run throught the organ are stuffed with spongy tissue. The corpora cavernosa are surrounded by a membrane, known as the tunica albuginea. The spongy tissue comprises clean muscular tissues, fibrous tissues, areas, veins, and arteries. The urethra, which is the channel for urine and semen runs alongside underside of the corpora cavernosa.

Resulting from sensory or psychological stimulation, or each, the erection begins. Resulting from impulses from mind and native nerves the muscular tissues of corpora cavernosa loosen up and permit blood to move in and fill the areas of spongy tissue.
